From a small beach town in Scotland called Ayr, to my Restless Adventures in the USA (via London, Buckinghamshire and The Cotswalds in England, Chapel Hill, Hillsborough and Hatteras Village, on the Outer Banks in NC) - 30 years as a Cardiac Physiologist, Operational Leader in Healthcare & Clinical Research, Life Coach, restorer of a century old inn on the Outer Banks and now....embarking on my next great adventure 😊
