Happy Birthday to my beautiful, incredible Mom, who lives back in my hometown in Scotland.

I love the quote today, as I have never been worried about my age....I truly believe you should enjoy every year of your life, regardless of your age....it's just a number!

Yes, I do creak a bit when I get up in the morning.....I'm not sure I pounce up anymore, although I will keep trying! (yes... JB still asks me if I'm going to pounce out of bed in the morning 😂). I often forget where I put things - although I think I've always been a tad scatter brained, so no change there really.....and gravity has definitely taken its toll!

But....Even as I get older, I still marvel at the world around me, and the incredible things we get to do and see each day.

Sophia Loren's quote reminds us, that we have the secret to remaining youthful in our own minds, by using your talents and creativity....and sharing it 💗

As I've mentioned to you before, I really do believe everyone is born with a unique and beautiful talent, they just have to discover what theirs is. Getting to know ourselves better, is a gift we all deserve - and spending the time to understand and uncover our true, authentic self can be a little tough at times, but it is so worth it...and you may be pleasantly surprised by what you find.

Once you have found your special talent....you'll have found the secret (and sharing it with those you love, is even more fun) 😊
