Good Morning....and Welcome to Sunday 😊


This morning I have a simple ask of you - Take 20mins at some point today, grab something to write on, and a pen - and let your mind wander...


Find a quiet place, get comfortable, and begin clearing your mind of the stresses of the hour/day/week. I know for some this sounds super difficult, and from my own experience sometimes trying to quieten my own maelstrom mind feels like an impossible task, but it is possible.

Just relax and take nice big breaths (for me I actually say the words in my head...Breathe In........Breathe Out......Breathe In.....Breathe Out......, when concentrating on my breathing, my mind clears).

Next take a few moments to think of all the things you're thankful for - the simple things that make you smile, that stir your heart...that you love šŸ’—


Just recognizing all that you are thankful for lightens you, reminds you of the positive things in your life, and puts you in a wonderful place to let your mind wander. With no specific plan or predetermined thoughts.....ask yourself, "what brings me happiness?"..."what sets my soul on fire?"


And........Just Let Your Mind Wander...😊


After 15mins or so (longer if you have the time), write down all the thoughts and ideas that are currently in your head, these may just be the seeds of an incredible new adventure!


This is a practice you should try to do daily - even if it means getting out of bed 20mins earlier šŸ˜‰....You can do it - make that time for yourself....You deserve it šŸ’—
